TotalLeadz started when our founding team kept watching the same story play out with clients: a growing business would buy a popular CRM or website builder, spend months customizing it, and still end up duct-taping spreadsheets and Zapier flows together to get real work done.
We decided to build it the other way around — start with the business process, then design the CRM, website, and automation layer to match it exactly. No compromises for the sake of a template.
